Today’s Schedule - Post-Tour Wandering – last day in Porto before return to Lisbon
My Observations
I enjoy travel. I also enjoy sharing what I learn from traveling. As we leave the hotel, wonder – what will I learn today?
It’s raining, and I learned a cheaply bought umbrella doesn't do well in the wind. When it collapses, isn't much help keeping anything dry. Wow, maybe I am a genius? Yeah, right. (-:
Like yesterday, it’s raining, cool and even more windy. A good day to spend more time in the stores, museums or places with food. Good idea. Every day, try to find another street we haven't explored.
We come across a store with a window display of toys and knick-knacks, say – come in – check me out. What a wonderful place. Quite a variety of items for the home and just nice gifts and relatively low price, with shipping anywhere available. Sorry I could not find an English language link, so this Facebook one will have to do for - Fernandes & Mattos-Ca-Lda. Check out the photo albums too.
We spent most of the day, just walking and wondering – what next.
